For several years now, INFOWINE – Internet Magazine of Viticulture and Oenology – has been offering new form of information transfer, environmentally sustainable and economical, considered by many to be the medium of the future: in addition to classic technical articles and summaries of scientific articles published in the world’s most prestigious journals, Infowine offers Video-Seminars and Audio-Presentations, i.e., movies with original audio and slides and subtitled, if in a foreign language. Some of the INFOWINE digital seminars will be played in the Canaiolo Hall. The program of digital seminars screened at Enoforum 2011 can be downloaded among the attached documents.

Corporate desks

Technical managers from numerous companies in the industry will also be on hand at booths set up in the pavilion next to the conference rooms. Here it will be possible to learn more about the technical and economic aspects of the new technological solutions proposed by the companies. In many cases it will be possible to taste experimental or commercial wines. Companies interested in seizing the opportunity of Enoforum 2011 to enhance their innovation efforts have until March 31, 2011. To participate, please contact the Secretariat.

In addition to the oral presentations, ENOFORUM also dedicates the poster area to Italian Research, where the results of experimental works that are not candidates for the SIVE Giuseppe Versini Award will be summarized. The poster area will be accessible to all participants for the entire duration of the event. At designated times, authors will be present to answer questions about their work. Authors wishing to submit a poster can send to the Secretariat, no later than the deadline of March 31, 2011:- the form attached to this form, completed in its entirety- an abstract of max. 1,500 characters (including spaces).
