Technical challenges in tasting

Many wineries know how to produce innovation, finding technical solutions to produce successful wines in particular environmental and/or business conditions, with unknown or difficult-to-process varieties, with unusual market goals, espousing unusual production philosophies; work that is often long and complex, true “technical challenges.” Dozens of these wines will be available for tasting throughout the duration of the event, with descriptive sheets and opportunities for discussion with the leading winemakers.

Dinner-tasting of local products

As usual, Enoforum includes an important space for knowledge and appreciation of the food and wine of the area hosting the event. In collaboration with local associations and institutions, a dinner with a selection of typical dishes and wines from the region has been organized on the evening of Wednesday, May 4, and at the premises of the Arezzo Fair. To participate, registration is required by April 28, as detailed in the General Information.
