Enoforum returns to Zaragoza in 2020 to celebrate its second Spanish edition
Following the success of the 12th Italian edition of Enoforum held last May, preparations are beginning for the second Spanish edition of this European technical and scientific congress dedicated to the wine sector.

On May 7 and 8, 2020, the Zaragoza Convention Center will once again host this international event whose goal is to be the meeting point and discussion point for the key players in the field: technicians, suppliers and researchers.

Enoforum, an international congress held every two years in Italy and, as of 2018, also in Spain, comes to this new event supported by the great success of the first Spanish edition, which was attended by more than 500 industry technicians, 40 research groups from around the world and 28 leading companies in the sector.

It will be a busy month of May in which the Iberian Peninsula will be the absolute protagonist as the seventh Portuguese edition of this Congress, called Infowine Forum, will also be held from May 12-13 in Vila Real, Portugal.

The Enoforum model, born in 2000 in Italy and inspired by the Anglo-Saxon world, continues to attract growing interest from the industry, as evidenced by the more than 1,200 participants at Enoforum 2019, the latest Italian edition, who were able to attend more than 150 presentations by 84 international research groups.

The Spanish edition, organized by Vinidea in collaboration with Excell Iberica, proposes this same model with the aim of bringing together the protagonists of innovation (research centers, companies and technicians in the sector) to propose the most important technological innovations developed in recent years.

To this end, the congress will offer a dense program of activities: scientific sessions with lectures and presentations of the Enoforum 2020 Prize papers, modules dedicated to the development of new technologies, demonstration tastings and an exhibition area.

The Enoforum 2020 program and all event information will soon be available on this website.
