Assoenologi award to the best Italian research
Also for this 25th edition, Enoforum sees the prestigious collaboration of the Italian Association of Oenologists and Wine Technicians. In fact, the Assoenologi Prize for Italian research is established within the event.
This award is dedicated to the most innovative and applied research on strategic issues in modern viticulture and enology.
The value of the 2025 first prize is €2,000.
A technical and scientific committee composed of representatives from Assoenologi selected the works presented at Enoforum based on their “relevance to modern and innovative wine production.”
Some of the research featured at Enoforum comes from the more applied papers submitted to the GreenWINE technical conference.
The works of the top three winners will be published in Assoenologi’s press organ, “The Oenologist.”
The first prize winner will be invited to present their work in a webinar organized as part of Assoenologi’s national training program.
The award ceremony for the winning entry took place during the 78th Assoenologi Congress, held in Agrigento from June 26 to 29, 2025.
