Liz Waters is an internationally recognized grape and wine research leader through her former roles as General Manager – Research and Innovation at Wine Australia, Research Manager at the Australian Wine Research Institute, and Program Manager in the Cooperative Research Centre for Viticulture. She is now the Chief Operating Officer at Wine Australia. Her goal is to empower the Australian grape and wine sector’s success through supporting profitable, resilient & sustainable businesses.
