The OIV is committed to implementing a four-year strategic plan for sustainable development in response to the challenges facing the international wine sector.

The wine sector faces major challenges for the future. Digitalization and the acceleration of technological processes are part of this challenge that organizations such as the OIV must face.

One of the most important axes of the OIV’s Strategic Plan is to facilitate the digital transition of the wine sector. The OIV’s work to meet the current challenges and, more specifically, some projects related to Commission II oenology will be presented.
