Enoforum 2003, a great success in terms of participation

The third edition of Enoforum was held March 12-14 at the Scuola Enologica di Conegliano, making it a biennial event. The event was organized by SIVE and Vinidea in collaboration with companies AEB, Oenofrance, Lallemand, Laffort, Toneleria Nacional, Monsanto, Oliver Ogar, Enartis, Intec and Ganimede.

After greetings and thanks from SIVE President Marzio Pol to the authorities present on behalf of the sponsoring bodies (Province and Chamber of Commerce of Treviso, Cassamarca Foundation, City of Conegliano) and the opening seminar by Michel Moutounet of INRA in Montpellier on electromembrane techniques, the event continued with a series of modules co-organized by various companies on topical issues. A total of 24 presentations with 9 international speakers were possible.

The three days were attended by more than 400 winemakers, producers and journalists from all over Italy.
