Enoforum BIO, Italy 2025
The hybrid event that, on October 24, for the first time focused exclusively on organic products.
Enoforum Bio is an innovative and sustainable format that aims to disseminate the latest knowledge on grape and wine production practices according to the principles of organic farming. On October 24, the event took place in hybrid mode. Nearly 700 people connected online, while other participants attended in person at Piacenza Expo, within the Tecnovitis sustainable viticulture fair.
Participation was very large, even from participants outside Italy: almost 200 people connected.
The event was organized with the support of the leading European organic wine associations: Italy’s AIAB (Italian Association for Organic Agriculture) and FederBIO, together with France Vin Bio, Vignerons Bio Nouvelle-Aquitaine, and Ecovin. Thanks to their collaboration, Enoforum BIO featured a series of internationally renowned speakers.

Access to the event was free thanks to the contribution of Resonant and Lallemand, which brought to the attention the applications of their important experiments in the field of organic farming.
