ENOFORUM 2026 has emerged as a technical and scientific hub for the wine industry and continues to grow

Zaragoza, May 22, 2026 – More than 700 professionals from the wine industry gathered in Zaragoza to attend Enoforum 2026, a conference that, in its Fifth edition in Spain, once again proved its ability to bridge scientific knowledge, technological innovation, and professional practice.

The 2026 edition stood out for the breadth and depth of its program, featuring over 20 keynote speakers, more than 70 panelists, and over 90 scientific papers and research studies from 5 Countries, along with the presentation of 7 R&D projects. In addition, 45 companies participated, presenting their latest innovations through technical presentations, demonstrations, posters, and direct meetings with attending professionals, as well as organizing 10 tastings of wines produced using innovative technologies and solutions.
