Despite the crisis in the wine market and the agronomic challenges posed by climate change, organic viticulture is holding up and offers technical approaches even for those who are not organic. EnoforumBIO is a conference with speakers and audience connected online and physically present on October 24 at TECNOVITIS at Palexpo in Piacenza: it is accessible, sustainable, and has zero environmental impact.
The program includes talks by keynote speakers in the field of organic viticulture of national and international importance, selected by partner associations and Vinidea. There will also be lectures by representatives of the R&D departments of partner companies, along with researchers and consultants who will illustrate the scientific basis of the processes.
