Raul Morais dos Santos is a Full Professor at UTAD’s School of Sciences and Technology. He holds a Habilitation and PhD in Electrical and Computer Engineering and specializes in precision agriculture, IoT-based sensorization, and smart viticulture. A Senior Researcher at CITAB and INESC TEC collaborator, he has led high-impact projects like Vine&Wine Portugal (€77.5M), DATI and MONTEVITIS.
