The main strength of Enoforum is its ability to bring together the three pillars of innovation in the wine industry: producers, the research community, and suppliers.

Over the course of the two-day conference, there was a series of presentations on innovations currently under development and others already in practical use. Winemakers and vineyard technicians from both Chile and Europe shared their expertise in addressing the challenges they face in their work.

The comprehensive public research program proposed was developed based on a survey prepared by WICA (Wine Innovation Collaboration Alliance), which seeks to foster global cooperation with the goal of developing the wine sector. The survey received a strong response from Chilean experts thanks to the collaboration of the “Asociación Nacional de Ingenieros Agrónomos Enólogos de Chile,” the “Consorcio I+D Vinos de Chile,” and Viña Concha y Toro.
