Enoforum, the European wine industry’s largest technical and scientific conference, will come to the United States for the first time next May. The event, scheduled for May 5 and 6, 2021 at the Sonoma County Fairgrounds, focuses on bringing the latest research on the latest innovations to the modern winemaker. From vineyard and winery equipment to winemaking trials and tasting room technology, there is something for all sectors of the wine industry to learn at Enoforum.
