THE CONFERENCE
By participating in the 3-day event, you will be able to attend more than 100 lectures, presented live in two halls running in parallel, and you will be able to choose the topics that interest you most.
In addition, all research, even if conducted by an international lecturer, will be simultaneously translated into Italian so that you can listen to the latest oenological news from around the world in the convenience of your language
If, by any chance, some reports do not appeal to you, don’t worry, you will have dozens of alternatives at your disposal, including:
TECHNICAL TASTINGS and DEMONSTRATION SESSIONS
We think that for some types of innovations, it is sometimes easier to ‘touch and feel’ to fully appreciate the real benefits you can achieve when working in your cellar. This is why we decided to create opportunities within the conference to taste wines produced with experimental technology, thus having the benefit of fully understanding the innovation and being able to compare it with ‘unprocessed’ wines.
From this edition, we have also decided to include demonstration sessions in the conference programme, in which you can directly interact with the developer of specific technology and understand its application potential in more detail.
NETWORKING
We at Enoforum, strongly believe that innovations in our sector arise from the encounter between:
Public Research, where ideas for new technologies very often originate
Suppliers, whose R&D departments transform knowledge into innovations that can be applied on a large scale
Winemaking technicians and oenologists, who as the end users of technologies are able to give feedback and bring out new demands.
During Enoforum we facilitate the gathering of these 3 entities, thus giving all participants the opportunity to contribute positively to the evolution of our sector. In this respect, we organise several networking opportunities during the event to which anyone can contribute.
Below are some of the speakers who will present their work in the national and international halls. Among them are representatives of supplier companies as well as researchers from the public and private sectors.
