With the participation of over 700 technicians, including winegrowers, oenologists, winegrowing companies, scientists, winegrowers’ associations and organisers. Enoforum Spain 2024 takes leave until 2026 to return perhaps even more strongly.

A success beyond expectations: in these few words can be summed up the first edition of Enoforum on the Road Chile, an international technical-scientific congress dedicated to the wine sector that was held on 8 and 9 November 2023 at the Viña Concha y Toro (Talca) Research and Innovation Centre.

The event returns for the 2023 Italian edition, at the Vicenza Convention Centre, confirming and surpassing the numbers of the last edition, in 2019…
Appointment online for the international review of news from the wine world, featuring 37 researchers from 9 nations, translated in real time into 4 languages: Italian, English, French and Spanish.
The congress is back in the classroom at the Zaragoza Congress Centre: during the two-day event on wine innovation, 500 technicians participated in the presentation of innovative solutions by researchers from 10 countries and 28 leading companies.
The first edition of Enoforum USA achieved its goal of introducing American operators to its winning formula that combines the advantages of a congress with those of an exhibition fair.
In this edition, the presentation of scientific papers took place in web mode. Enoforum Web Conference was held with simultaneous translation in several languages, from English to Italian, French and Spanish.
The most significant record of this edition concerns the amount of new knowledge made available to technicians: no less than 65 speakers took to the virtual stage, more than a third of whom were foreigners, from France, Australia, Spain, Chile and Brazil, including both papers from public researchers and experts from leading supplier companies.
A great success for the inaugural edition of Enoforum USA, digitised due to COVID, which was attended by an attentive audience of over 1,400 participants, with 24 lectures, 17 of them by non-American researchers.
7 May 2020 saw the conclusion of Enoforum Web, the first technical-scientific conference for the wine sector to be held entirely online, with 30 speakers connected via Internet from Spain, Italy, France, USA, Australia, Argentina, Chile and South Africa.
The numbers of Enoforum continue to grow: 150 lectures in three conference rooms over three days, 80 posters, tastings of 200 experimental wines, 50 company desks and the presence of 1,200 congress participants from all over Italy.
On 31 May and 1 June 2018 at the Zaragoza Fair Congress Centre, the 11th edition of Enoforum was held, the first in Spain, and it is already a record-breaker: almost 500 technicians, 40 research groups, 28 leading companies.
The 10th edition confirms the continued growth of the event dedicated to innovation in the wine sector; innovation understood as the large-scale application of new technologies that significantly improve wine production in a given region.
The 9th edition of Enoforum confirmed its itinerant nature, moving to Vicenza, with over 1000 participants, 102 oral presentations in two conference rooms, 40 posters and 5 guided tasting sessions.
In its 8th edition, Enoforum confirms its winning formula by combining the advantages of a congress with those of an exhibition fair: producers have access to a global innovation showcase, researchers can present their work outside the academic circuit and supplier companies can enhance their R&S.
Great success for the seventh edition of Enoforum, the world meeting of research and winemaking techniques. At the Tuscan venue, the event grew with over 100 scientific studies from no less than 74 Italian and foreign research centres and no less than 950 visitors.
The 6th edition of Enoforum, Piacenza Expo, was enriched in terms of content thanks to invited seminars by prestigious international speakers and video seminars screened in a dedicated room.
Successful participation and high quality content.
With 60 oral presentations and 80 posters, the rich conference programme offered a comprehensive overview of the innovations in the field over the last two years.
From 21 to 23 March, the 4th edition of Enoforum attracted an average of over 600 industry professionals to Piacenza each day.
The event becomes international with 11 foreign speakers.
The third edition of Enoforum was held in Conegliano from 12 to 14 March, making it a biennial event.
The three-day event was attended by more than 400 oenologists, producers and journalists from all over Italy.
The second edition also took place in Montesilvano (PE), from 9 to 11 May 2001.
The aim of the event is to bring together and compare those actively involved in the development of the oenological sector in a context that allows for the comprehensive treatment of certain technical-scientific topics and the in-depth exchange of ideas and/or doubts.
The first edition was held in Montesilvano (PE), 25-26 May 2000.
It was a meeting between researchers in the wine sector, wine producers, professionals who revolve around wineries and companies actively involved in the development of the sector.
